| Robert Pinsent, Ph.D., P. Geo. Dr. Pinsent has over 35 years experience working with senior and junior mining companies, and Canadian Government Surveys, and is familiar with a multitude of mineral environments and geological models. Highlights of his distinguished career include 13 years with Placer Dome Inc.; reporting on numerous base and precious metal exploration programs in BC and the NWT, feasibility drilling of the Ruby Creek porphyry molybdenum deposit and the Company's over-seas program at Porgera, in Papua New Guinea. In 1992 Robert joined the British Columbia Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources as Regional Geologist for Southwestern British Columbia. Later, he transferred to the Geological Survey Branch, where he managed regional-scale mineral potential studies in the North and Central Coast. Robert earned his Ph.D in Geology from the University of Durham (England) and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. | |
| Melvin Smale, Director and Chairman of the Board Mel, a founder of Merit Consulting, retired from the company in 1992 as senior vice president and senior project manager after having built 12 of 14 mines for Placer Developments worldwide. He has spent his "retirement" involved in the development of junior resource companies, as director and / or chairman of the board, involved in projects in Canada and Africa. Mel's experience and skills as a negotiator, communicator and manager will help guide the company team as Roxgold moves forward. | |

| Robert McMorran, Director/CFO Rob is a chartered accountant and president of Malaspina Consultants Inc., a private company that provides accounting and administrative services to junior public companies. He has over 20 years of experience in financial reporting and administration of public companies the last ten with Malaspina. Mr. McMorran has served as a director and / or officer of a number of public companies in addition to serving as the CFO of the Canada Dominion Resources Group family of flow-through limited partnerships from 1998 through 2006. | |
| David Makepeace, Director Dave has an undergraduate degree in Geological Engineering, a graduate degree in Environmental Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in British Columbia and Alberta. He has 30 years of geological, mining and environmental experience in all phases of mineral exploration and mine operations, both underground and open pits, throughout Canada, western USA and Africa. He specializes in 3-dimensional computer geologic and mine modeling, as well as National Instrument 43-101 mineral resource / ore reserve estimations, analysis and mine design, planning and development. For the last 10 years he has been the principal of Geospectrum Engineering, a private consulting firm that has assisted numerous junior mining companies develop their properties. |
