Rob is a chartered accountant and president of Malaspina Consultants Inc., a private company that provides accounting and administrative services to junior public companies. He has over 20 years of experience in financial reporting and administration of public companies the last ten with Malaspina. Mr. McMorran has served as a director and / or officer of a number of public companies in addition to serving as the CFO of the Canada Dominion Resources Group family of flow-through limited partnerships from 1998 through 2006.
