| | | Robert Pinsent, Ph.D., P. Geo.
Dr. Pinsent has over 35 years experience working with senior and junior mining companies, and Canadian Government Surveys, and is familiar with a multitude of mineral environments and geological models. Highlights of his distinguished career include 13 years with Placer Dome Inc.; reporting on numerous base and precious metal exploration programs in BC and the NWT, feasibility drilling of the Ruby Creek porphyry molybdenum deposit and the Company's over-seas program at Porgera, in Papua New Guinea. In 1992 Robert joined the British Columbia Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources as Regional Geologist for Southwestern British Columbia. Later, he transferred to the Geological Survey Branch, where he managed regional-scale mineral potential studies in the North and Central Coast. Robert earned his Ph.D in Geology from the University of Durham (England) and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
