Director ResignationVancouver: The Company has accepted the resignation of Dave Shaddrick, P. Geo. from its board of directors effective March 28, 2006.
The board of directors wishes to thank Mr. Shaddrick for his advice and counsel and, wishes him every success in the pursuit of his other interests. Financing: The company has negotiated a private placement of 1,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. The warrant may be exercised to purchase one common share at $0.10 for a period of two years. The proceeds will augment the company's working capital. The financing is subject to approval by the TSX-Venture Exchange. The TSE Venture Exchange has neither approved nor disapproved this news release; it has been prepared by the Board of Directors of Wave Exploration Corp., who is responsible for its content. | |
